White Plains, NY - February 12, 2015 - InvestorsHub NewsWire - Pervasip Corp. (USOTC:PVSP) (“Pervasip” or the “Company”) announced that it has agreed to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding equity of Canalytix LLC.
Canalytix provides advanced analytics for indoor agriculture. Its integrated cloud-based platform allows users to monitor and control greenhouse facilities or any large indoor growing operation through the cloud, including real-time data of energy usage, HVAC systems, lighting and costs.

Play with the spelling, change it to CaNNaLytix

CaNNaLytix WAS a proprietary software platform product owned by Hemptech Corp., a former subsidiary of FutureWorld.

On March 2nd, Infrax Systems agreed to buy Hemptech Corp valued at $60 million.

The facebook page of Infrax Inc. was updated within the hour with pictures that show CaNNaLytix as one of the 5 proprietary products purchased from Hemptech Corp.

What is interesting is the fact that the board of directors for both Hemptech and Infrax Systems were the same prior to the sell. Post purchase, Sam Talari stepped down as CEO of Infrax Systems and was replaced by John Verghese. Talari Industries owns both Infrax Systems and Future World.

Notice that many of the names are similar in both companies, naturally as they are both owned by Talari Industries.

PVSP is now tied into this two headed giant of a company with the purchase of Canalytix, LLC. The name is spelled differently for a reason, one is a corporation, the other is a trademarked product. The description in the PR and on the Hemptech website match, both describe a cloud based software platform for indoor greehouse growth. PVSP, Infrax Systems, and Hemptech Corp. are now linked up to one another imo.
