Maybe I didn't fully understand the partnership between MNKD and SNY. MNKD does the manufacturing and SNY is responsible for sales. If that is the case, what is SNY doing? If sales are sluggish, who is at fault for that? The factory or the sales force?

Supposedly SNY has a 1,200 man sales force out there "educating" doctors on this new product. I believe most doctors are conservative and will wait for further clinical reports. We'll see.

In the meantime there are sales, and refills seem to hover around 20% of the total weekly Rx count. This is what concerns me. With increased new sales, there should be an increase in refills. I'd like to know if the prescriptions are 30, 60, or 90 day quantities. That would give me a better idea of where the refills are coming from.
