Wait until the 90-day AC1 counts come back showing dramatic improvement from Afrezza and more docs will get the message. We're only a few months into a very soft launch. If you can afford to wait, your patience will be rewarded handsomely. Rx's mean nothing at this early stage and are used every Friday by some to artificially bring the SP down. The tide will turn eventually.

From what I've read most Rx are 90 day. Samples are not so that may be why the TRx is not much higher than the NRx. Once 90 days hits (in May) we shall see.
