Actually it is quite legal and fair...I know companies that have the same name as mine(a name we've had for 36 years), they are just incorporated in different states. Its not shady or anything else, mainly its small companies just starting out, entrepreneurs taking a risk.

As far as investing in NASA goes, all of us do, if we are paying taxes(those of us who own businesses pay way more than our fair share).

I would suggest that anyone putting money in an OTC stock do a lot of research and understand that the odds of losing all their money is very real. If an individual is not comfortable with that level of risk then they should not buy the stock.


ps I look out my window at Johnson Space Center everyday.
