given no weakness in stock price, most are speculating Thwart a hostile takeover as a possibility, this stock was trading at $2 or so a year ago and other than MRK, not much has changed, and its sitting on nearly $600M market cap now, call it way overvalued for where its trials are.

if they do decide to raise $200M, watch out, this stock could go back to below $2 levels. ADXS has had bad reputation of raising cash. I am one of those angry investors.
