So what is the reasoning behind the $200,000,000 shelf registration?

Could it be they want to build a manufacturing facility? Further R&D expense? GAO General, Administrative and Other expenditures to run the daily operations of the business? Thwart a hostile takeover?

Tomorrow and Tuesday should be interesting.
