Thanks for the Voting Conversation here. Sometimes it's helpful to sort out logical consequences of actions. I voted our shares all in for everything... I'm still in the camp calling for more frequent updates from management, but I get it on the voting. Only an idiot shoots himself in the foot, even if he has to load more bullets in the gun.
