Maybe there is a link between the release of the prototype data and the issuing of the additional shares. Speculating on the good side, maybe they expect increased shareholder interest when they release the data on the prototypes. When the interest develops, they want to be prepared for all scenarios. More shares outstanding will give them more options to protect the value of the company. On the bad side, they just need more time to complete the prototypes and will need to do another raise and reset the clock once more. Either way, I think they will keep us in suspense up until the day of the meeting. Now, I do expect a Shareholder letter soon. That provides a good speaking document at the meeting and gives the shareholder a good update.
