it was not a reasonable explanation and he did not call the company

he called Joe who is nothing more than a paid mouth piece

here is the only factual data that I need. a "reported" phone call just doesn't do it for me

the company and the BOD approved a 1 to 4000 reverse split. The company affected it and even reported the new share structure in there filings. now instead of admitting that they were denied the reverse split by finra the come up with a story that they never submitted it.



I wonder why their accountant and Dennis himself signed their name to the filing
