The only thing it seems they failed to do is give an explanation that serves the negative agenda that can't be proven.
We can say they were denied by FINRA a thousand times, but if it can't be verified, then the statement is only worth the piece of toilet paper it's written on.
And.... speaking with a company's IR dept is the same as speaking with the company. As for referring to anyone as a "paid mouthpiece" I don't think this company could afford to pay someone enough to purposely defraud investors.
