I did too and about the same # of shares as you neum2sam.

Share your sentiments, but only to a degree. I kind of think you have to either back management or attempt to change it but objecting and thwarting their moves will only kill the company.

Most of the team is of the highest caliber imaginable and yet they just cannot seem to make the kind of progress we have been promised but I'm yet again going to give them another opportunity to prove themselves.
