IMO PV may have cheated on wife or girlfriend, something of that nature and maybe Kerry as a woman, views that as illicit action, I believe something to that effect will be the reason.

Are you saying that you believe Kerry's gender is a factor and that she quit working for PVEI and its shareholders because of Peter's lack of fidelity to his wife that happened years ago or more recent cheating on his girlfriend?

Since Jason is not "a woman," what do you believe he meant when he said he and Kerry quit after confirming "certain illicit activities engaged in by PV?"

Immediately effective 6/26/14 I am no longer with PV Enterprises International Inc. or any of its subsidiaries in any capacity.

Any questions relating to any matters with the company, it's plans, websites, or certificate status should be addressed directly to the company itself.

I want to thank all of the shareholders for their support over the past 9 months.

Unfortunately after trying multiple times to resolve multiple issues between myself and the company, an amicable solution was unable to be attained.

I will be removed from the director position for all companies relating to PVEC at their earliest convenience.

I wish all the shareholders of PVEC the very best in their future endeavors and look forward to seeing them in future trading opportunities.
