An illegal action only breaks the law. An illicit action breaks ethical or moral standards

IMO PV may have cheated on wife or girlfriend, something of that nature and maybe Kerry as a woman, views that as illicit action, I believe something to that effect will be the reason.


Now the former disgraced FIRED EX CFO Turner WAS caught RED HANDED and will be brought to light not only illicit activity going on but down right ILLEGAL activity, what a real POS that FIRED EX CFO was from my understanding, my understanding is that while the above mentioned names where a part of PVEC, they uncovered a file cabinet worth of EVIDENCE to put Turner away for a loooooooooong time, WE shall see.
