Well, it's rare that the SEC brings charges against somebody when they don't have significant evidence of guilt, so I personally believe he will be convicted. The fact that BIEL has chosen to associate itself with somebody who has been indicted for securities violations shows a lack of sound judgement on the part of management. Just because some don't share that view doesn't make it irrelevant or misleading.
