Being invested in this type of company / technology requires confidence in the people leading, if you have none you probably should not been invested.

I understand your point of trying to pass the authorized share count increase. Just trying to make a point that vote NO is acceptable. It is helpful to let the BOD know the true feeling of the shareholders. The No voters do not have to sell. We have enough selling.
