I am not sure we can say LSS jerked us around. The company has basically admitted the material was not good enough. That is the reason we had to mix it with Corning's.

What what you said, I don't quite understand why the management is not saying an extra word to encourage shareholders to vote for the increase. Trying to dare us to vote no? Not a good way to build trust between shareholders and management. I will probably end up voting for the increase simply because of walterc's effort. I can't go against a fellow shareholder who is working so hard. Otherwise, I would have voted no.

Wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t get those shares authorized though. Tom should have learned from last year's mistake...There are some large shareholders (collectively own well over 5%) who are demanding transparency.
