he specifically changed the wording in this s-1 from a year ago...so no, its not "leftover" risk factors...

its also true that kim specifically stated, in a new worded statement, in this current s-1 filing, "we have not produced a transgenic silkworm nor have we demonstrated the viability of our technology."...

thats not a risk factor...that is kim telling everyone point blank, he aint got no transgenic silk worms...

i can think of no logical reason for kim to say such a thing other than its the truth...

if its not the truth, then he is lying to the sec, and everyone else, in his filing...

what would be the reason for that?...
