For consistency if he expected to move forward alone with the payment why have we been getting rejected JV offers with the likes of Argonaut and Fresnillo for an entire year? If no news is good news what is bad news but bad news over and over? It can only be a bargaining position that finally expired.
So we go forward at least knowing more than the year prior. Let the placer buy its own tires and get the still unsigned miner working the shaft for the rest JV or no. 8
