? In January 2014, the Company appointed Benjamin L. Lagarda Burton to the board of directors. Mr. Lagarda Burton is a licensed attorney in Mexico and brings to the company over 15 years of exploration, development and mining experience. Adrian Robertson also resigned from his position as President, Chief Executive Officer, and as a director of the Company.
