I don't want SK to give away our drug on the cheap just to make a minority of shareholders content with their meager profit.

Really can't understand this logic at all. Just another excuse for the mgmt.'s failure to do what they have stated in their own words. It is alright that the company has given away roughly 50% of the company in the $1.45 range and they continue to sell ATM at these prices but that is not giving the company away? If the value of PPHM is as high as people claim it to be how can't mgmt get more value in financing in PPHM? It just doesn't add up. Enough with the lame excuses.

PPHM THE COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN LOOKING TO ADD QUALIFIED BOARD MEMBERS SINCE 2010 YET CAN'T FIND A MATCH WITH THE CURRENT CREDENTIALS OF OUR BOD AND THEIR PENNY STOCK PEDIGREE. 75% OF THE BOARD HAS/HAD TIES TO PATRIOTIC SCIENTIFIC WHICH NOW TRADES AT 5 PENNIES YET THE COMPANY CLAIMS TO HAVE AN INDEPENDENT BOD.

PPHM THE COMPANY WHOSE CEO IN MARCH 2014 TALKED ABOUT A PARTNERSHIP COMING TO FRUITION IN UPCOMING YEAR. IT IS NOW MARCH 30, 2015, 89 days past the year 2014. CREDIBILITY IS AN ISUUE. ALL IMO.
