OK, so lets look at this deal another way, as market cap. It would appear this offering will be done according to closing stock price prior to this deal being closed. If we happen to drop significantly here, and our market cap goes to $15million, this deal will give the new investors 50% stake in the company(if I'm interpreting it correctly). At .63, it will probably be around 20% stake in the company. If we as current investors can continue to drive the share price up, this money appears to get cheaper from the standpoint of what share of the company they own...also equates to how much dilution. So keep buying, paint that close etc etc!
