CN, first, if the stock market cap dropped to 15 million, the deal would never go through.. Remember, CryoPort is not obligated to take this deal, but the underwriter is.. This part I'm not sure about, so check with your financial house/advisor.. The .55 non adjusted split, is the underwriter obligated to still offer at .55? If that .55 is firm as well, then CryoPort is in the driver seat...
