Few hundred thousand with this settlement, few hundred thousand with that settlement next thing you know you have no money to pay employees and they all leave, you have no money for fix your machines, and your founder quits after the last guy to sue you gets a mortgage on your only production facility.

One more "win" could cost Johnny that motel he bought with shareholder's money. That would be justice, agreed?
