Yes, as I said they won several small settlements but were never able to achieve the millions in disgorgements sought or complete destruction of the company. I'm sure that has caused much angst among those that tried. And now there are processor sales on deck. Oh, and "Johnny" is no longer an employee of this company if you hadn't heard.
