IMHO, it would be the other way around. (While I think they are seeing immune memory with Direct, because results are more robust with Direct after approximately 16 weeks, and memory responses are faster and stronger in the immune system) even if they were not seeing memory, that would even be more incentive to also provide a more frequent dosing schedule.

The DCVax-L booster shots can help illicit a less immune suppressed response and finally allow memory to kick in. IMHO, I simply don't agree there is any justification for the following conclusion.

I would think you would need to keep a further apart schedule in DCVax-L if there's no definitive evidence of immune memory. RK
