i suspect theres not much of significance to report...but i also think theres bad news kim doesnt want to talk about...so he says nothing...and its not just the s-1, he wasnt saying anything much long before that...

kim apparently still had plenty of money left over from the last s-1, so why was he so quick to start another s-1?...which of course, bought him a silent period?...which he is stretching out to the point of making it nothing but a joke...

i guess one could look at another option...the sec is maybe taking a closer look at kblb and is not liking what they are seeing and are forcing kim to be more forthcoming with his shareholders which is REQUIRED of public companies contrary to what many want to believe about kim being able to do keep shareholders in complete darkness...
