The production capacity for the first two stages exceeds the Company's prior maximum capacities by a factor of four or five.




I see but no one knows the specific parameters of said stages....

While they exceeded in one or two areas,maybe things weren't 'firing' on all

cylinders....


Now I don't know this to be the situation; I am simply providing a possible explanation.

I've never claimed to have all the answers but feel i'm beginning to corner the market in questions worthy of solutions.
