My comment - The message board sure got busy today! Whenever you have a complex problem it is simplistic to label one part as "THE" problem and talk about or work the problem from that point of view.

Not responding to the SEC for whatever reason was not the best (lets just label it a very poor) business decision (or non decision as the facts become known). Sadly, I suspect no one within the organization was even aware of the SEC letter (where did it go???) and that suspicion explains to me the reason for the sudden (filing) hiring of a reg agent that can handle international business.

CEO Gene Newton has always favored being a non-reporting pink entity. Investors should have accepted that when they purchased the stock. In my view the "largest" obstacle for shareholders and the company is operating as a successful revenue generating entity in today's business environment NOT getting suspended to the grays. That is 'an' obstacle only if CEO Gene Newton plans on being traded on the pinks in the U.S. again. I do not think that is his plan. So the suspension may not really be an obstacle to him.

Anvil - "I just can't understand the "Gene is not the problem here" thought process."

Next year at this time (I can hear the screams) I will AGREE with you if we have not heard anything. I expect to hear something by the end of summer 2015. I believe he and his team are working behind the scenes, building the company and creating value for shareholders. (Am I counted as one of the 5 pros?)

I agree, to regain normal trading "somewhere" is a monumental task and a very challenging endeavour. I believe this task while "monumental" is not "insurmountable."

I agree the SEC suspension did not need to (and should not have) happen but in my view is an event that will directly lead to the closure that all parties on this message board want. In my view the suspension is going to force CEO Gene Newton's hand. Just not as quickly as some here want (read immediately lol) He cannot stay non-reporting for much longer. He is going to have to commit to or announce some form of action/business plan. Continued silence will be (please note future tense not present tense as some want us to believe) a killer. As "a rational, semi-literate person" lol I am willing to wait (with minimum stress for reasons previous explained) to see how this all falls out. My potential gain is breath taking. My potential loss is loss of face/pride. For some here the potential loss is also breath taking but for reasons that I will enjoy watching.

Dakota Dad - "The truth will come out, whether it is my view or not.

About half think they know what is going on behind the scenes... the other half hope it isn't."
(made me laugh)

N.A.T. - "There are a big group in the middle who have absolutely no idea what, if anything, is going on behind the scenes. We hope something good is happening. I have a feeling that group is far larger than the group claiming to know what is happening."

Wyatt Earp - "You have a valid point. However, there is a select few on here, (you can count them on one hand), who has knowledge what is happening to a point, but won't share because they will get bashed and have negative posts about their comments. A couple has been contacted by Gene!!"

My comment - CEO Gene Newton is a major player in this battle but definitely NOT "the" problem. The corrupt system is "the" problem in my view. So, yes, I will argue with "this" (your) point. Rhinegold did you order the paint yet!!!(smile)

"....well, it would be easier to raise the titanic and re-paint it and re-launch it."
