your "musings" are always entertaining and several times, inaccurate when discussing the "future".

Some points from today's musings

Sadly, I suspect no one within the organization was even aware of the SEC letter (where did it go???) and that suspicion explains to me the reason for the sudden (filing) hiring of a reg agent that can handle international business.

I guess this implies that the old reg agent, isn't capable of making an international call to RCCH China or sending an email to the Company. That is an interesting assumption given the technology today.

CEO Gene Newton has always favored being a non-reporting pink entity.

Didn't gene try to do an S1 in his first endeavor?

In my view the "largest" obstacle for shareholders and the company is operating as a successful revenue generating entity in today's business environment NOT getting suspended to the grays. That is 'an' obstacle only if CEO Gene Newton plans on being traded on the pinks in the U.S. again.

Again, interesting as shareholders primary interest, particularly investing in a pink sheet is to make money by having the stock price appreciate in value. The grey market, combined with the global lock, hardly provides what shareholders are most interested in, (i.e. making money).

I do not think that is his plan. So the suspension may not really be an obstacle to him

Maybe not his plan, but a move to any other exchange requires audited financial statements and very expensive listing fees. If gene had those, he could have easily provided them and averted the suspension and grey market. Obviously, gene previous plan to "uplist" to an international exchange was targeted at the TSX-V or CSE (given the board member, oops, non-board member), and audited fins are required, as well as, the expense.

In my view the suspension is going to force CEO Gene Newton's hand.

An opinion, yes, but reality is that gene can continue as he has been for the last 2-3 years.

My "opinion" is continued silence.

...as its only been.... what... 6 years so far.....
