I don't quite agree with you H4B re:

An we're still in the same spot a year later.

We are not quite close to where we were a year later.... I'm frustrated that it all has taken this long as well, but it has been a good bit of advancement. As you'll see from the article that was published in the Biofuels digest, Jan. 2014, it sort of clarifys the advancement as to where we are. I have also read up a bit on the EPC with the "cost" factor involved: Here is a portion of the article: http://www.biofuelsdigest.com/bdigest/2014/01/15/bionitrogen-receives-final-engineering-feasibility-studies-from-the-casale-group/

In Florida, BioNitrogen Holdings announced that the Casale Group has finished the engineering feasibility studies for its portion of BioNitrogen’s plants. The feasibility reports are detailed basic engineering packages that describe elements of the ammonia and urea plants such as design capacities, production outputs, process flow diagrams and equipment lists.

It is the prerequisite information required to properly estimate the cost of the plants. This information will be integrated into the rest of the plant design by the CCC Group and AMEC as the design of the overall plant nears completion.

And, also in the other article:
http://www.biofuelsdigest.com/bdigest/2014/01/08/bionitrogen-completes-casale-group-funding-for-epc-cost-estimate/

In Florida, BioNitrogen announced that it has funded $340,000 to the Casale Group to finalize the engineering design work in support of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction initial cost estimate. The source of the funds is a $2 million financing announced on December 13, 2013. The balance of that sum is funding the initial EPC contract for the first plant, including the CCC group and AMEC engineering and design. Casale is a Swiss-based global leader in the design and refurbishment of ammonia, urea, methanol and chemical facilities.

Anyway, you can't read the entire article now, but... gotta go quickly now.... sorry.
