I don't know how long you've been in the stock but what's different over the last year that makes you think the next few months will be "interesting."

I'll be negative a bit on a company that deserves it. I mean when has anyone from this company truly come up with interesting news that moves the stock in interesting fashion?

This companies favorite moves are to throw glitter and confetti about future plans for plants with the site they own. Doesn't seem to me they're real close at all to building anything though since it's taking idk, years to get a EPC complete for one site?

I mean this was posted last year on the web. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BION/news?id=73831

BioNitrogen Holdings Corp. (PINKSHEETS: BION), a cleantech company that utilizes patented technology to build environmentally-friendly plants that convert biomass into urea fertilizer, announced today that it has funded $340,000 to the Casale Group to finalize the engineering design work in support of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) initial cost estimate. The source of the funds is a $2 million financing announced on December 13, 2013. The balance of that sum is funding the initial EPC contract for the first plant, including the CCC group and AMEC engineering and design.

BioNitrogen first announced its agreement with the Casale Group of Switzerland on August 15, 2013. The agreement contracts the Casale Group to employ its ammonia and urea plant technology for BioNitrogen's first plant. Casale has either built or refurbished over 400 ammonia and urea plants worldwide and is a market leader in ammonia and urea technologies.

An we're still in the same spot a year later. I'm invested, sure, but I certainly don't trust this company with only there word. An I'm not expecting a big jump in price ANY TIME soon. At some point I'm hoping for a bigger chemical or fertilizer company to come in and buy out their technology because I think that part, if true, holds legit value.
