A thoughtful post, toxic. I turned into one of the naysayers shortly after I got in. This isn't an "I told you so".

My first warning sign was when I saw that the EPA had tested MBS in the mid 90s. Then in the 2005 time range it was used on two projects. Dead from there---except for lots and lots of PRs and talk.

MBS was made to sound like the environmental remediation "better mouse trap". Yet no one beat a path to its' door.

I have a pretty good environmental background and I knew that is MBS was even close to what was claimed would Solucorp wouldn't havesold it to a pink artist with a one man music background, operating out of his house.

We all live and learn. I got my Pink Lesson in 2006. I lost a ton (for me) I'm one of the luckier pink victims. I got a check from he SEC a week ago Monday that covered 25% of my loss and am in line for another 25% - 40% from the DOJ from the same scam.

No victims lawyers involved . The DOJ & SEC took care of all of it.
