Yes sir. A buyout/partnership has been being planned for a couple of years...imo.. and that is the reason many longs are protected by the "poison pill"....also know as the shareholders protective agreement. Lol...even a hostile takeover makes multi-millionaires of so very many shareholders, thanks to Nasrat Hakims knowledge, awareness and experience as both lawyer and pharma executive. Many shares in very strong hands.
