A buyout/partnership has been being planned for a couple of years...imo.. and that is the reason many longs are protected by the "poison pill"....also know as the shareholders protective agreement. Lol...even a hostile takeover makes multi-millionaires of so very many shareholders, thanks to Nasrat Hakims knowledge, awareness and experience as both lawyer and pharma executive. Many shares in very strong hands.

Exactly you don't put the poison pill in place unless you know a hostile takeover is quite possible. JT was a very smart man to hire Nasrat Hakim. Top Notch and knows his way around the back corridors of Big Pharma.

The man will deliver the ART goods. That is what he came to do and why he owns so many shares.
