the s-1 is for everything that kim needs money for...and i didnt say vietnam had nothing to do with the s-1...i said it is not something that would hold up the s-1 nor does it need to detailed in the s-1...just included as a added potential need for the shares...

currently, there IS no deal...not until vietnam enacts new laws or changes its mind..and kim IS stalling trying to figure out what to do...

kim can get the s-1 approved anytime he chooses too...but he is stalling...
