I am not so sure it was EEC issuing the PR - the Bloomberg News info seems to focus on First Nevada. And there is no hint of the news on the EEC website, but maybe they just don't update their website properly. One way to research the connection between the two companies would be to get on SEDAR and see if the 45% thing is real or not. Sorry, I guess I can't help being skeptical when it comes to this kind of stuff.

As for tailings, they have not said a word about dealing with tailings - they are supposedly processing stockpiled "ore" from Keystone, which is not tailings. They will, however, generate new tailings, which is a real problem - how do you do that legally, where do you put them, how do you explain all that to ADEQ when you have no permits?
