If one was to go on the website for EEC it states Equitorial Exploration Corp. (TSXV-EXX), through its 45% owned subsidiary, with an exclusive right to own 100%, First Nevada Mining Corp., (FNMC)

Tells me they have 45% and first dibs on the other 65%.

Cant find anything specific on who really issued the pr though..

And i used to run a 980C and wash plant for MDU Resources/Knife River Corp.. tailings can be a bitch to deal with .. I know we ended up with tons and tons of useless "fill sand" to deal with.. like a mountain of it
