as I understand it the officers directors cancelled their shares and wont get a distribution of the bcke shares

I don't know how many they had off the top of my head but probably leave less than 30mm common shares to split

either way 3.8mm x $1.60 is 6.08mm

w. 30mm shares should be $.20 a share
