Yes, HTSC got 9.7 million shares total...


and 3.8 million of those were to be distributed to shareholders as a dividend. Hopefully the 3.2 million number in the PR is just a typo.

Any thoughts on the BCKE potential acquisition news? Since we'll be shareholders there some day.
