one would have to consider...with all the hub-bub...

the 25 Million for Alger combined with splinter shares from other Principles would be around 50 Million control shares for NPT...with 51% under H&G control

Would it not ???

We do have list of other projects by H&G filed to the SEC on the "Encounter" ledger don't we...

I suppose he could issue and sell Class B shares to the MMJ Principles and then issue and sell Common shares ???

Thing is about short shares they can fester and multiple...they become IOU's until put back into the market at higher price...No ???
