Meaning to me...



It is pretty clear...

If you have a Principle in "Encounter"

with a Fundamental base of $99 per share and splinter off 5 pieces already and file them with the SEC as H&G has done...

You could then take splinter forward split shares from other Principles and form NPT...

and good REIT is the embodiment of ALL...NO ???

I'm a Crazy Scots-Irishman Blue Blood... It's probably not a good idea to listen to me...every thing I say is of my opinion. I'm not a good place to get investment advise...
