Rolph..I understand your points...lets address the following issues...
1.water...install water well...solves that issue...
2. electric...the truth is I really don't know how much power is needed and how much they have..do you?
3. sewer...depends on how many toilets you have...I cant imagine more than 4-5 seats..not really a big sewage demand..I think..
4. Porta potty outside ...why ?...for security guard...
5.Electric generators...for emergency power if main power goes out...smart thinking

Regarding permit to build and zoning...we choose to disagree...But again I do understand your position...I don't discount it at all..i am invested in FITX, and I would lie if i didn't say I was scared shitless..I have lost a ton..but at this point its not worth selling to save the remaining 20 %. There are hurdles to jump, and risk out the ass...but it is possible that it survives...it is in the OMB's hand and in the Judges hand that is reviewing HC letter of intent to reject...like I say slim chance but a chance...
