Every word Rolph has stated is 100% factual and correct. Of all of the people on here that know the truth, he is the one that presents as unbiased an opinion as possible regarding all of this. I have personally confirmed thru my own DD everything that he has stated and all the the Globe has stated. In terems of your investment being down to 20%..... that is unfortunate, but beware that 20% will disappear. You may be better off selling it all now....., wait for the next big dip, which is coming, followed by another rally..... to sit on it????.... may as well write it off as lost now. The next word will come from HC that the court application is in agreement with HC for Denial of license.

I am in construction and a civil engineer. Installing a water line is nothing. Not a big deal. Installing sanitary again nothing. They would only need a 6" pvc line to connect to the main in the street. If there is no main in the street, then a septic would be fine. Electric.....nothing at all. Connect to the power in the street whether it is above ground or below. These are seriously non-issues. They are issues, but easily installed and not that much money. Why anyone even brings these up as major problems is a joke. LONG FITX!!!
