That Heffernan isn't in direct control of HEFFX is pure conjecture. He was an officer (President? CEO?) of BZTG when they took over Affordable Communications. He only put Sunny as a puppet/figure head in charge when things got dicey. Before doing that, however, he appointed Sean Lee in that capacity, without acknowledging that it was actually him. That's contrary to anything you've ever stated as a company being able to use a name other than an actual one, such as a DBA.

Anyone who doesn't know that people run these pinks from behind the scenes hasn't been around enough scams.

The fact that no legal action has ever been taken against Heffernan is meaningless. 99% of the people that should be in jail are never investigated due to lack of interest on behalf of the SEC.

Referring to any legally traded company a scam, including BZTG/HEFFX indicates a general lack of experience or knowledge in trading companies on any legally run financial marketplace exchange in the U.S.

Not recognizing a pink as a scam indicates a lack of research. That, or simply denying it in order to make money trading it while proclaiming it's greatness.
