Actually Shayne Heffernan isn't in control of HEFFX or any other Heffernan Group of Companies directly for legal reasons. He specifically isn't listed as any Officer or Director of any Heffernan Group Company. Shayne Heffernan is listed only as Founder of the Heffernan Group of Companies. This isn't conjecture.
Attempting to reference a previous dissolved company as pertinent in this discussion would be without foundation or any relevance.
As for Shayne Heffernan using Sean Lee as a legal alias within DBA registration within some past now dissolved business venture, those documents were publically available within the public registered filings at that time.
People don't actually run pink sheets companies from "behind the scenes". That information is legally recorded and registered being publically issued and available. This certainly doesn't constitute that these companies are in someway a scam.
The following below statements are basic conjecture and opinion being stated without any specific foundation.
(1) "The fact that no legal action has ever been taken against Heffernan is meaningless. 99% of the people that should be in jail are never investigated due to lack of interest on behalf of the SEC."
(2) "Not recognizing a pink as a scam indicates a lack of research. That, or simply denying it in order to make money trading it while proclaiming it's greatness."
