Not sure Hop-On has a business license in California.

They are required to have one to do business or defend themselves in court.

They created a new entity to get oaround their suspended/revoked status with Califonia. I think they were required to file additional paperwork with California within 90 days of their initial filing with them in 2014, plus pay the all the required fees.
