No Hop-On DOES NOT have a business license since the paperwork was never completed! Darn that paperwork.

I have posted before that I called CA SOS about a month ago. At that time the Statement of Information paperwork, which is due 90 days after the orignial filing, had not been done. There had been a letter sent after the 90 days and also a letter sent around the time I called.

Since the paperwork hasn't been done there is a fine. Don't know how much because the guy didn't know because it is the Tax office that does the fine.

SOOOO, thinking maybe that paperwork isn't going to be done. It really is so weird that it isn't completed, especially since his attorney, J Scott Bennett is the registered agent for that new Hop-On dba as Hop-On IP.

But then again, J scott Bennett isn't one for finishing paperwork either. They are a great team.

On Feb 6, 2015, I filled out and sent in the paperwork to get all the filings for the new Hop-On company. I have not received the requested documents yet. I have a feeling it is lost in the mail. It really should be here by now. Very annoying. It would be nice if CA did it online like NV. It took no time at all to get the Hop-On info from NV SOS.

When I get it, IF I get it, I will post it. At this point, I don't have much hope.

We certainly know he still hasn't filed with the tax man in WA so he can't do business there... if he is still in the MJ business. Remember last year it was such a big deal! Oh well. He is a busy busy man.

WORK IT PETEY... WORK IT!
