'ArchiH'? You're correct again! and SHARES are only TOXIC when they're not "Dissolvable" into the pool of shareholders for their cash equivalent!

Paying bills with "Shares" to be dumped on shareholders, (usually following a Press Release), is very common in the pinksheets!

In understanding the Risks!, I don’t mind losing in stocks that died TRYING, but I DO mind losing in stocks that died LYING!
