Everybody who's been trading for long enough knows that - it's something we ALL accept and RISK buying stock in ANY OTC/Pinksheet Company.

CLEVER CEO's don't dish out TONS of TOXIC free-trading shares and actually let PPS organically increase, and then DILUTE little-by-little.

These Companies are Public but in the OTC's for a reason....CAPITAL!
