** Salvatore R. Tuzzolino colluded with SEC Targets **

Salvatore R. Tuzzolino colluded with Andrew V. Reid, Michael A. Mulshine, and Ronald L. Blackburn in a fraudulent "land for stock" swap with Orpheum Property Inc (PLFF) on July 26, 2011.

For those new to RIGH-
On or about November 25 2013, RIGH "management" gave 26+ BILLION shares of RIGH to Salvatore R. Tuzzolino for vague reasons.

This is more than 85% of the Outstanding Shares and makes Salvatore Tuzzolino RIGH'S "Control Shareholder". (RIGH CEO Aaron "Angel" Stanz still holds convertible preferreds worth over 35 BILLION shares)

Two years earlier, Reid, Blackburn, and Mulshine similarly gave Tuzzolino 14,596,153 shares of Orpheum Property Inc (PLFF), worth $3,795,000, in exchange for two parcels of virtually worthless desert land in Nevada and California.

Reid, Mulshine, and Blackburn ran Orpheum (PLFF) at the time of the "swap" and are now being prosecuted by the SEC for multiple charges of stock trading fraud in a related company- Treaty Energy (TECO).

Reid, Mulshine, and Blackburn subsequently used Orpheum stock in their TECO swaps in Belize, for which they are being prosecuted by the SEC.

Any other illicit uses of Sal’s shares remain unclear.

For any who might believe that Tuzzolino "put one over on" the PLFF scammers, understand that Reid, Mulshine, and Blackburn were all experienced stock trade schemers with previous SEC run-ins.

They had plans for those shares and Salvatore Tuzzolino was complicit in their scheme.

These guys had extensive rap sheets even prior to these charges.

Reid had multiple charges against him by FINRA and the SEC prior to the deal with Tuzzolino, and Blackburn is (and was THEN) a convicted felon.

These are the men that Salvatore Tuzzolino, RIGH's Control Shareholder and apparent Chairman of its proposed new subsidiary, Genius Biotech, “received shares” from in the past, just as he has now “received” 26+BILLION shares of RIGH.

There's no reason to think his involvement with RIGH is any cleaner.
